Project Description
Homeowner needed to upgrade to a bigger space, but did not want to leave a growing and prospective neighbourhood. So, second floor addition and back addition was the perfect solution for her.
Despite of the lot's limited space, our designer developed the 2 storey project with spacious 5 Bedrooms (each with walk-in closet) and 4+1 Washroom Layouts. We proposed to keep the old foundation, not only to potentially save the homeowner over 10 thousand dollars on foundation works, bu also to get "addition" permit, rather than "new construction".
